Cancelation policies

Amounts already paid will not be refunded.

If we are able to resell partly or completely unused stays,(unoccupied reserved rooms) related amounts will be  returned accordingly.

Less than 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of the total amount of reservation will be due.

If we are able to resell partly or completely unused stays,(unoccupied reserved rooms) related amounts will be  returned accordingly.

Any early departure or late arrival will be due. The total amount will be applied as shown in the confirmation of your stay.

Any no-show, unoccupied reserved rooms, will be due.

By paying a deposit or giving the details of your credit card, you accept the terms above.

Your credit card will be charged of the amount due under the conditions above.

 
We bring to your attention that you can contract an insurance that reimburses these expenses from your regular insurance-company.
